As of 1/1/16, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange your item(s) within 14 business days of the date of receipt for store exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Items purchased in the SALE section of our website are FINAL SALE and may not be Exchanged.
All exchanges must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the original tags still attached. We can only accept exchanges that are in the original, resalable condition. Please allow 5-7 days from the date we receive your exchange for processing. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We are totally PRO SANTA. So, for the holiday season, we offer exchange (if we have it in stock) or store credit until New Years Day for anything purchased between 11/15/18-12/24/18.
